By adding a just single line of code (provided by Support Now!) to your website pages, the SupportNow! system will be ready for you and your online visitors to use right away.
What your Customers see
Customers will clearly see that live support is available on your website and that you are waiting to assist them (see below).
By clicking the chat graphic on your site, customers will then be presented with a simple form where they can enter their basic details and select the department they wish to speak with (see below).
After submitting the above form, the customer will then be connected to an available live operator in the department that was selected.
Once connected, the customer can converse with the operator instantly and receive the answers to any questions.
Customers are also given a number of interactive features to make their support session an enjoyable experience.
What your Operators see
When logged into the Support Now! system your operators will be able to accept support requests from customers. Once a request is accepted by an operator they can assist a customer on a 1-to-1 basis answering any questions.
